Built for the bench, starting in Utah
Every tool sold to a service department manages the supply side: tickets, technicians, parts. Shops do not run out of ticket management. They run out of April, and then they run out of January.
CONQRD started from a simple observation — a service department’s real problem is a revenue problem wearing a workflow costume. So we built the demand side instead: who comes in, when, at what price, with what approved scope, and which work actually makes money.
We are starting with independent bike shops in Utah and the Mountain West, because that is where we can sit in the workshop and watch the thing work. Bike shops first, other service benches later.
Who this is for
We would rather tell you now than waste a call.
A good fit
- Independent shop, one to three locations
- Two or more technicians, full time in season
- Service is a quarter of revenue, or heading there
- Peak turnaround runs over a week
- Years of customer and bike records worth reactivating
Probably not
- Brand-owned stores buying centrally
- One-tech shops with no backlog
- Shops that want a new POS rather than a layer on top
Where we are today
- CONQRD is early. We are running pilots, not publishing case studies we do not have yet.
- CSV import works today. Lightspeed, Ascend and Square are built as adapters and are not live yet.
